What are my responsibilities?
As
an NDT Level 2 Inspector you will be handling our supplier quality
management system as well as our supplier processes and product qualifications
in accordance with relevant requirements. More specifically, your
responsibilities will cover:
- Conducting supplier process qualifications in accordance with Siemens Wind Power’s purchase specifications within the NDT area
- Following up on suppliers’ technical capabilities within the NDT area.
- Involvement in design reviews in order to ensure and improve producible components.
- Participating in regular commodity meetings.
- Monitoring and evaluating suppliers’ performance within the NDT area.
- Participating in NCR handling within the NDT area.
- Participating in process improvement activities within the NDT area.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You are a qualified NDT Level 2 in accordance with EN 473 or EN 9712.
- You have practical NDT work experience
- You hold valid certificates for the NDT methods VT, UT and MT.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You are willing to travel.
In
